OLACARS qualifies as an online platform under the Digital Services Act (“DSA”) for certain areas of its product offering and is therefore subject to the provisions of Section 3 of the DSA. After calculating the average monthly active users of our services in accordance with Article 24 of the DSA, we have concluded that the average number of monthly users of our services is below the threshold of 45 million.
